Sarah’s Christmas peppermint brownies

 Brownies:

-2 cups unsalted butter (4 sticks)

-8 eggs

-4 cups granulated sugar

-4 cups all-purpose flour

-2/3 cup Hershey cocoa powder


Peppermint frosting:

-4 cups powdered sugar

-1 cup butter (2 sticks)

-1 Tbsp milk

-1 tsp peppermint extract

-red or green food coloring


I think last time I chopped up some peppermint kisses and put those on top. Or we could use sprinkles or just leave it as is :)
